The prices mentioned in this price list are ”basic prices” in EURO (€), which are valid for the numbers of passengers as quoted in the columns “Basic price valid for”. If more passengers than the “basic number of persons” will pay the additional amount as quoted in the column “Supplement extra person”. Furthermore, the prices mentioned only apply to the rent of the whole ship incl. crew, 6% BTW (VAT), tourist taxes, costs for harbors, bridges & locks, costs for fuel.
FULLBOARD “with help”:
Kitchen & household duties by passengers (FB)
A very moderately priced arrangement and therefore very well suited for tours with groups of students & youngsters, but also for any other kind of “active” tour. During a barge cruise, the cook will prepare 3 meals a day (first and last day 1 or 2), “European kitchen”. Passengers will participate in “kitchen & household duties”: they will set and clear the tables, wash up and will be responsible for the cleaning of passenger’s accommodation (incl. final cleaning).
FULLBOARD- PLUS (FB+):
No kitchen & household duties by passengers.
When booking FULLBOARD-PLUS, the crew will do all household & kitchen work (incl. final cleaning) during the tour. The cook will prepare and serve 3 meals a day and 2 times a day coffee and tea. FB+ is therefore very well suited for tours with groups of adults and/or for special interest tours.
BOAT+BIKE PACKAGES for “BOAT + BIKE TOURS”
Meal-arrangements on “Standard & Comfort Class” ships during Boat + Bike Tours consist of: (7x) breakfast & dinner on board, (6x) packed “picnic” lunch (compose yourself) for bike tours, coffee & tea on board, use of duvets (or similar) and towels. Bike rental and tour leader are not included in this price, but can be booked separately.
RENTAL OF SHEETS AND BLANKETS
Except for boat bike packages and some “Economy Class” barges, use of bed sheets & blankets is not included in the prices. You can bring your own sleeping bag or rent sheets & blankets (& towels) in advance.
RENT OF BICYCLES
Rent of bikes is possible aboard canal barges. On request we can send you information about our so-called “GUIDED BARGE & BIKE TOURS” for groups. When renting bikes you will be asked to pay a safety deposit. In case of no damage, this deposit will be fully refunded.

SUPPLEMENT FOR TOUR LEADER
Possible on request for barge cruises and boat + bike tours; rates start € 975,00 per week, depending on the program and/or the requested skills (we will send you a “tailor-made” offer on request).

Short week/youth group: from Monday 10:00 hrs. until Friday 15:00 hrs. or from Sunday 21:00 hrs. until Friday 09:00 hrs.
Weekend: from Friday 20:00 hrs. until Sunday 17:00 hrs.
Day: from 10:00 hrs. until 18:00 hrs.
The rental charge includes:
• Two crew members
• Use of a fully equipped galley
• Bottom sheets, pillows and pillowcases (some
vessels also offer duvets and duvet covers)
• Use of all extras on board
• Fuel charges allowing one hour’s engine use
per day. (>1 hour = € 25,- per hour)
• Port, bridge, lock and pilot dues
• Tourist taxes
Duvets and towels:
All beds are covered with a bottom sheet and a pillow with pillowcase. On board the Jantje and Zephyr bedlinnen is included in the price. On board the Zephyr you can rent bedlinnen for €16,- per person.
Final cleaning:
You can do the final cleaning of the vessel by yourself or buy it of. You can order this until three weeks before departure. You have to pay the ransom for the final cleaning cash on board to the captain, when you do not have had an extra invoice for example for catering. Ransom for final cleaning is:

- Zephyr € 85,-
For final cleaning on Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday an extra € 20,- will be charged.
